Is there a way under the Form Confirmation Options to show a confirmation message AND include a hyperlink to a Smartsheet? I see the box accepts HTML code, but it doesn't format correctly.

As a workaround, you could either add a special confirmation page with the link as well or add another form with the confirmation message and the link.
Would that work?

I've rebuilt my form at least five times and for the life of me cannot figure out why it will not trigger. I've tried to test and run it several times to no avail. Any tips would be very helpful. I was able to successfully trigger once, now nothing at all for a week.
