Add pictures to a web form

Hello, is it somehow possible to add an image to a web form? I would like to have an image with a selection field next to it (so a user can visually see an example of a product they are selecting). Any way to do this? Thanks!

Just found a post from @j-craig-williams who states:

A while ago (I could find out exactly when if I had time to look through my notes), they announced that they were no longer counting votes in the Community but rather one should submit each vote via this form

Please could everyone complete the form and maybe, just maybe, the Smartsheet team will actually implement this.

Hi Kennedy,

Has this feature been rolled out? I am using the form to utilize the drop downs for quick data entry while using a mobile device. Currently I exit the form, select the cell I want to use for the image, and then upload that image. I know that file attachment can be used but I am trying to install an image per choice of column on a row.
