Automatic Reminders

I am trying to find a solution to set automatic reminder to send an alert to the Project Manager an email alert 2 days before install date so they can confirm with customer the site is ready for install in order to avoid wasted trips.

Is this possible? And also, is it possible to add this to the formatting function that can be duplicated as part of a template?

and let me know if that is not what you are looking for.

Unfortunately, Alerts are not stored in the Templates.

They are also not an option when usiing Save as New.

I believe this is a oft-requested feature, but Kennedy or Kate can confirm.

Storing reminders in templates is also on our Enhancement Request list, and I've added your vote for it - thank you for your input!
