Printing a row & consolidating data
Hi,
I use rows for individual marketing campaigns and tracking progress across columns.
When I close a campaign, I'd like to print off a report of all of the data in that row. Each job has about 55 columns of data.
Is there an easy way to print off a report of all of that data without it being presented in a row, visually? If you use fit to page, it just reduces the font size so it's impossible to read and printing off normally is roughly 8 pages and not very efficient. I'm having trouble trying to find a way to produce a 1-2 page report of all of the data summed into one area and at a size that is actually usable. I'd also like to avoid manually resizing column width for over 50 columns.
Thanks

You can right-click on the row and send it to yourself. Choose Vertical layout. Then print the email.

Hi NMP--
You might also consider using Google Merge, an add-in for Google Docs that would allow you to merge your Smartsheet data into a more traditional report document. More information on this can be found here: http://help.smartsheet.com/customer/portal/articles/863861#SmartsheetMerge
