Hello,
Is there a way to collect data automatically from google docs (word document not a form) to a spreadsheet?
 
I have a questionnaire that each student need to fill in personally and I need that the personal data like name, age, phone No', will be collected automatically into a spreadsheet.

    I'm quite sure that it's not possible. Why don't you use a Smartsheet form for collecting all these information? If your concern is the readibility of longer texts the students also write in the questionnaire, you can reverse the flow of data: 

    1. Collect data in Smartsheet form

    2. Design a Google Docs template

    3. Use Smartsheet Merge to create Google Docs (even PDFs) for each student.
