Report not filtering out all 100% complete tasks
I have a report to show me all of the tasks that are in progress (not 100% complete) or not started within a timeframe. Therefore, the report is supposed to filter OUT all tasks that at 100% complete.
It has been working for over two years, with two different schedules. But now two items won't fall off of the report (the two at the top). I've included a screenshot of my report criteria and the resulting current report.
I've replaced the '100%' text in the original sheet in case there was an issue with that and the tasks still remain on the report.
What am I doing wrong???

That is really peculiar. I would try changing the source to another sheet and then select the original source again. If that doesn't work. I would contact support. That is really peculiar.

Hi Jennifer,
I'm with Mike. It seems like it's stuck and needs a reset. You could also try to make a copy of the report and see if that shows it the same way.
If that doesn't solve it, I'd recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team. Smartsheet Support Team
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day!

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue while creating a new report. Smartsheets does not recognize the summary row % complete tasks and displays then even though the filter is written to remove them.

Is this a rounding issue?
