Error Message on Sub Tasks

Hi I created a bunch of sub-tasks and when I tag people in the comments and they get the email, when they click on "open in smartsheets", they get this error:  "This card is not visible in card view because it is empty"

Any idea what is causing this?

Hi Kurban,

That's strange! Are they shared to the sheet?

Can you maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.
