So here is an issue,
I can lock a column and an Editor without Sharing ability cannot make changes to the cell; however, they can just go over and delete the row.
This makes no sense.
Hi,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to restrict that, but it's a great idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
Have a fantastic day!

It's not an enchancement, it's a fixing an issue.
It makes no logical sense that you can not delete a cell due to being locked but you can just delete the row.
It's a technical flaw.
I can agree that it at least should be an option. But still Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment because that is how Smartsheet collects all requests.

By all means submit an Enhancement Request - but as this fix does not generate revenue expect Smartsheet to continue to ignore it. 6 years and counting.
