Hi all, Every week I send out update requests. I get the notifications when someone makes a change but I was wondering if there is a way to actually report on the update requests sent out and which have actually been done vs those that have not been complete???
There may be a way to access Update Request history through the API or a 3rd party tool, otherwise there is no way to track it directly. However...
If your Update Request is automated based on a date, you can use that date to compare to a last modified column. If the date in the last modified column is older than the date used to trigger your Update Request, you can have an automatic Alert sent to you x number of days listing all of the rows that have not been modified.

Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
