Add a Chart from Smartsheet Labs Charts on a Dashboard in a Workspace

Hi, Gentlemen.

I created some charts on Smartsheet Labs Charts but i can't add them into my workspace on Smartsheet.

How do i do that? Above is a print screen of the charts i created.

OBS: I have already tried to upload via URL (URL and embed code). I was not successful.

I need help guys.

Hi Cesar,

As a possible workaround, you could maybe embed it in one of the other approved services. I haven't tested it yet!

Hi, Andrée.

Thank you very much for your response. At the end, I dismembered the graphic into two graphics using the standard (simple) charts of the smartsheet.

I also made the request to use the URL of the smartsheet labs.

Hey Andrée, any idea why embedding Prezi doesn't work at all... not sure if you've tried this before or not.

The same error happens as though it is an unsupported code/ link. Maybe I am doing something wrong but I did a bit of research and it looked correct. It's no big deal for the moment but it would be cool to get it working.

Only thing I did wonder was if they have somehow set it up so that you have to have the paid version of Prezi.

Can you attach some screenshots?

I haven't seen anything indicating that you'd have to have a paid account so I don't think that's the reason.

Ok. I've now tested your links and also created my own. I read that someone else was having issues getting it working. The links look correct, so it's probably something on Smartsheet's side.

This was a SmartSheet issue and they have now rolled out a fix which seems to have worked.
