Error when opening a sheet

As I finished working on a sheet last night I got an error message saying to log off and back on. I logged off for the night and now weโre getting the same error message when trying to open the sheet. When we use the search feature it doesnโt appear. When we go to the folder itโs there, but we get the error message when trying to open it. Iโve tried on my laptop and the app on my phone. My boss has also tried. I contacted smartsheet for help this morning and am still waiting. I need access to this sheet and would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

I have the same error. I'haveย submitted a ticket case number is 03504809.

I have the same issue, and received a support response that it was "Solved", but nothing changed. Support case 04903093.
