Print out of gantt chart is incomplete

Why is the printout of gantt chart is not printing completely. Seems a bit of words in gantt chart missed out.

Are you talking about text in a cell or labelling the activity? If it's related to a cell then make sure that you have adequately sized the column so that even if there are variations between the print font size and the screen font size, you don't run into issues. Alternatively make sure that you have enabled word wrap for the column that is problematic.

 

Would help if you were able to post a screen shot illustrating your exact issue.

Hi Ashraf-- Alternatively, if your Gantt chart is cutting off the display label to the right of a Gantt bar, you can work around this by creating a task at the bottom of the sheet, enter a start date which is just beyond the date where the longest label ends in the Gantt chart, and enter a duration of 0.

 

This will create a diamond milestone symbol in the chart and stretch out the printing area. Then, save the change and try printing. You may need to adjust the date on this milestone to get the display just right. Hope that helps!
