Feature Request: Clean up Pending Update Requests

I absolutely agree with this earlier post (+1 from me)

There needs to be a feature where collaborators can change the status to complete (and/or add a response) within the Smartsheet itself rather than being limite to using the link in the email only.

I ran into this again recently with a customer. The customer is keeping track of the features of Smartsheet that he does not want to use because of admin burden. He added this one to his list and may no longer be a Smartsheet user when his account is up for renewal.

Just a Reminder: I still want this.

I have customers that refuse to use Update Requests because the missed ones are not being cleaned up. 

There needs to be some mechanism for confirming the UR was done, resending or canceling it wasn't. Deleting them is like the birds in Hansel and Gretel --- the breadcrumbs marking the path are gone.

I agree with what everyone is saying but I'm surprised nothing has been done yet.  I have over 250 UR's and I can delete some but not others.  I would also like a way to manually check tasks off as complete.  I would also like a function that sends follow up notifications when nothing was done with the first one.

Is any of this possible or on the horizon???

The UR feature needs a total rework to live up to it's potential.  I'd be happy to volunteer my time in a focus group on UR (again) if it will bring us one step closer to getting the UR to be as good as it could be.

Hi Kennedy. Is there any update on this? Like most people on this thread I agree that this could be a *really* useful tool, but currently is almost causing more work than it saves.
