Automate RYG Balls when checkbox is ticked in another column

Hello Smartsheet Experts!

Can someone show me a formula to use to automate the RYG balls in one column when a checkbox is ticked in another column?  Green if checkbox is ticked and Yellow if checkbox is not ticked?

Hi Cecelia,

Try something like this.

=IF(Check@row = 1; "Green"; "Yellow")

The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience.

=IF(Check@row = 1, "Green", "Yellow")

Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.
