@ notification has a hard time finding email address
I love using the @email-address to send notifications to my team - thanks for adding this feature.
We have a large organization and I find that when I begin to type someone's email, Smartsheet presents a huge list of potential emails and it is challenging to find the right one since I do not have these email addresses memorized.
My fix is to go to my email and find their email and then copy/paste it in with the @ sign in front
Is there any way to have Smartsheet prioritize emails (users) shared on the Smartsheet or in the comment conversation?
Or something that I can do so I am not getting this huge list of potential emails.
Thanks

Hi Gregory,
Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment to prioritize emails, but it's a great idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend!

I would explore the benefits of the three differing types of Contacts in Smartsheet to see which helps you the most?
You have users - who do not have to be licensees but can be tracked as resources for planning.
You have Groups- Logically a good way to pull teams together
You have Contacts who are in your wider circle and added as you use Smartsheet to communicate with them, or you can upload a CSV list of your contacts to this list OR Clean it out. The filter in contacts should be helping you? Not sure why it isnt?
Here is a link that will help you. https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/796143-managing-contacts
Hope that helps

Hi Gregory,
Do you have access to "Teams"? If you setup a group in Teams, email address will be collected here. As notifications are created, they will be displayed on the Teams group as well as the assignee's email.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Regards, Michael R
