Send copy of Web Form Request to Multiple People

It there a way that when a user completes filling out a web form that when they "check" off Send me a copy of my responses....that they can put multiple email address's in the field?

 

example: jane.doe@test.com; stan.form@test.com

Hi Kelly-- Great question! We currently only support sending a copy of the responses to one email address but I've added your vote to support sending the responses to multiple addresses to our enhancement request list. In the meantime, have you considered implementing a Notification on the sheet? You could set up the notification to alert desired users of new rows on the sheet created when the web form was submitted.

Thanks but not everyone in the company is using the sheets so notifications I don't think would work.

We ran into this exact scenario and just used our internal team email as the delivery email since our team monitors this email internally.

Great suggestion, Tony! You might ask your IT team if they're able to set up a distribution email (like Tony's team's email) that forwards messages to multiple people. If your team uses Gmail/Google Apps, you might be able to set up a Google Group, which users can join and then receive emails sent to the group as "digests".

Great suggestion, but unfortunately I have multiple teams and that just isn't an option :-(

I'd like to add my vote to this feature request.

I believe the upcoming advanced notifications enhancdement may also help my situation, but until then I'll use the distribution list option.

This is exactly what we need!

I think the Form is such a great feature in smartsheet but I am also looking for the ability to send a copy to multiple different emails (decided by those submitting a form).

Just a simple, 'Send a copy to another email address' option with another few boxes to add emails would do the job as we need those submitting to send a copy to different people (e.g. their manager).

Has this feature been launched yet?  It seems pretty basic but would really increase the power of the form.
