Hello,
Is there a reason why my workflow will not save when I select to run it "Hourly"? The only option that works is "When Triggered". There is nothing that is telling my I need to add information (no red boxes). I click save and nothing happens.
Hi Mike,
That sounds strange! What kind of workflow is it?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.
Have a fantastic day!

Hello, screen shots are attached.
I even tried to create a new one from scratch, and it's still not saving. It just stays on the edit page. When i select "When triggered", it'll save with no issues.
Found it! The requester is empty. Try to add something.
Did it work?
Hi,
I removed the "requester", and it's still not doing anything. Requested does not give you any option to say who it is. It's basically tells the person alerted that the requester has changed, not for a specific person.
Strange!
Can you maybe share the sheet or a copy of it? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
I have tried to set them as Edit - can share, Edit - cannot share, and commenter and nothing works, they cannot add data to the sheet. Does anyone have a solution?
The Issue My project-specific metadata sheets use INDEX/MATCH formulas that reference the Intake sheet using a Project ID. When the automation archives rows from the Intake sheet, these formulas break because they can no longer locate the source data. Example formula: =INDEX({Project Intake Name}, MATCH([Project ID 1]@row,…
Two of my five automation workflows appear to have just randomly stopped performing on April 9, 2026. All others, which would/are performing as normal and would be functioning alongside the other workflows, are functional and appear to be untouched by this 'bug'. Help I've tried all that I can think of.
