It seems service is restored? Is it stable? The Status page has not been updated and my email to the support center hasn't been answered yet.....but I am able to log back in. Is there any news on the root cause. This caused a huge impact to getting work done today in the system and I wasted a lot of my time on the help desk with my internal security team. I'd like to pass along the resolution so they can close my internal ticket.
While the status site says the issue is resolved I am continuing to get "an error has occurred in the application" which makes me think it is not yet stable.

We identified the cause of this issue around 10am (Pacific time), then implemented an update. After the update, the app was still experiencing issues — and our engineers implemented a series of updates. As of 1:34pm (Pacific) we're seeing restoration of Smartsheet.

Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my current Smartsheet experience.
