Google Forms Sync Issue

Hello.

I have a Google form that has been successfully syncing with SmartSheet since February. Now, all of a sudden it only syncs certain responses. Other responses are completely left off, though I can see them within the Google form.

I got an email saying that there was an issue with the sync, so I restarted it, but that hasn't solved the problem.

Any ideas? This is really causing a lot of problems in our workflow.
