Master Smartsheet for all of our Teams Projects

We have around 25+ active projects with Smartsheets on our Project Management team at any given time. Has anyone created a template for a master template for your team's portfolio of projects. Any tips or tricks?

One tip:

In your master template include all the coulmns you might need - even if every project doesnt use them. Hide the ones you arent using. If they are needed later as reporting needs/project complexity changes it is easier ot unhide them than copy things over.

I didn't make a master sheet, but created a Portfolio Report with Gantt.. In that way all the changes in the active projects are real time updated in the Portfolio Report. The only thing missing so far is that I want to see the different milestones in the Gantt chart...

Hi Ruben,

Could you please help to share, how you created a Portfolio Report? I thought the "master plan" feature is part of the iSight feature. If it can be done without the iSight, i'd like to try it out.
