After sending an update request (for 1 row), the receipient receives an e-mail with:
Subject = 'Update Request: 'description of Primary Column'. This works fine and provides good information for the receipient. 
After the row is updated with only a Discussion, the sender receives an e-mail with:
Subject = 'Update Confirmation: 'name of the Sheet'. 
It does not help when you, as a sender, receive multiple update confirmations in your mailbox, all with the same Subject (name of sheet) and only the Discussion-text in the body.
Please change the subject of 'update confirmations' also to 'Update Confirmation: 'description of Primary Column'.
