Automation Approval Path with 2 different scenarios

I have created automation for my IT Request form where the User Name [Any Value] is the Trigger. So, depending which "Requester's Title" is chosen from the 2 dropdown options in my form; Supervisor, Manager, I need to set one Request for Approval path if Manager is selected, and a second Request for Approval path if Supervisor is selected. If Supervisor is selected on the form, it goes to Manager and then CFO for approval. But if Manager is selected on the form, it goes straight to CFO for approval.

Bottom line, I can't figure out how to set the Automation.
