Number of times a sheet has been viewed / View count

Is there a way to collect or measure the number of times a sheet has been viewed?

A continuously updating "Total Number of Views" for Sheet X.

The data is in the system: "User Sheet Access Report"

It's just impractical to download this for every shared user.

I was asked about that yesterday by a user. I've not seen even as a Sys Admin access to that type of data.

It would be useful at times.

Thank you, Kennedy. Here's some more input.

Feature Request: I would like the ability to see how many times a sheet has been viewed:

1. By users shared to the sheet

2. By anonymous views of published sheets

3. By combined shared and anonymous views

4. Can be displayed in a Sight (like view counts on a webpage)

a. For a sheet (link to sheet with view count next to it)

b. For the Sight you are on right now. (Widget for View Count)

5. Can be accessed through the API
