VLookup - Multiple Searching Criteria

Hi all,



I am struggling to find a way that allows Vlookup to search with multiple criteria in two columns.



Referring to the screenshots -

On the worklist sheet my aim is to VLookup into the Forms Testing Sheet and the criteria be both the agent name (Row two on the Worklist) and The Week Numbers above (Row one on the Worklist). I then aim for this to return the value from the ticket number column on the forms testing sheet.



So in effect I would like the formula to be:

=VLOOKUP([Agent Name]2 & [Number]1, Forms Testing, 8, false)



I have tried the join function but am receiving UNPARASEEABLE and I've heard that you can do this with INDEX/MATCH but I am unsure how that would work.



Any help will be much appreciated!

Hi Hope,

The VLOOKUP function only allows one search value, but you could consider using the INDEX & COLLECT functions.
