Corresponding cells

Greetings, 

I have an end date column and a delay column in some of my smartsheets.

I now need to add some of these delays to one of my duration cell (which gives the overall duration of my project (cell in pink highlight)). 

Suppose, item A, item B and item C were supposed to arrive on the 1st, 2nd and 5th of a month (in the picture, cell green is for one such item). However due to a delay of x, y and z days (cell in blue) respectively, the arrival dates change. 

Now I need to find the maximum of the new arrival dates and check its corresponding delay and add it to my duration cell.  For example, item A came the latest, so we add delay 'x' to the duration. 

 

Is it possible to do the same ?
