my support team has to check 600 - 800 technical setups on a weekly basis. They have to approach all systems physically and do certain routines.
We want to use Smartsheet and its forms to easily document that process and generate reporting.
We would populate a list with all relevant information and generate respective forms. That has already been done and wrks fine.
Now we would like to automate the following process:
After the full week of checking, Smartsheet has to store the data somewhere and generate a report / dashboard. After that, the sheet has to be cleared again to be blank for the routines of next week. Maybe some information - like problems that occurred - have to stay in the document.
Is there a way to do stuff like that with Smartsheet?
