Permanently Deleted and still recover sheet ?

Hello community,

I deleted a sheet. It no longer appears in "Deleted" since it is now 30 days since I deleted the file.

Is there some way I can still get that sheet back ?

Can "Viewers" download/export sheets?
In the new USM, are users who are designated as Viewers only able to download/export sheets they are given access to e.g. to Excel?

Dashboard Chart - Axis number formatting
Hi all, I'm trying to change the Bar Chart horizontal axis number to be financial number format (x,xxx,xxx).
