Timesheets

Hi,

To calculate the total cost of a project I need to be able to evaluate time taken against team resources and tasks then use that at a post project review. (Part of my ROI is undertsanding the cost of implementation)

Can time be recorded against tasks or is there another way of doing something similar?

You could add a Text/Number column to manually track time spent on a project then calculate cost based off that column. Right now, Smartsheet supports duration in full days, but soon they are releasing the ability to set durations in time - minutes, hours, etc. Once this is released, you can calculate time/cost off the duration column

Jason, were you able to find an alternative for tracking project and activity time in Smartsheet? I am using a tool called Harvest for that purpose but if possible would like to integrate it all in Smartsheet. Do not think is possible now though
