Drag-and-drop attached files

Hi there. 

The problem is that recently I can't drag-and-drop attached files from smartsheet to the desktop. Please, anyone, know how to solve such a problem?

And the second problem of how to turn back the old interface. Because what I saw today upset me. Not a convenient innovation.

Hello Michail,

Since Smartsheet operates in the cloud, in order to bring attachments out of Smartsheet and on to your computer you will need to download the file locally by selecting this option from the drop down menu on the right. You can read more about this in our Help Center: Downloading Attachments.

In regards to your second note, it's not possible to revert to earlier versions of Smartsheet. If you have specific feedback about the Attachments pane that you you'd like to share with our development team, please use the Submit Product Enhancement Request link under "Quick links" here in Community.

This is very inconvenient! This is one feature that must be implemented somehow by your team. Not being able to quickly drop documents from Smartsheets to computer folder really affects our workflow. The download feature sucks, because if I want to download more than 1 file, it saves them in *.zip format, and adds unnecessary steps.
