I want to share a sheet with someone in my company. She is unable to access the sheets after I share them with her. Our only thought is because she has an apostrophe in her email adress. Has anyone encountered this and is there a work around?

How are we supposed to decide whether to upgrade/downgrade them without knowing what action they took to become a Provisional User
