I want to share a sheet with someone in my company. She is unable to access the sheets after I share them with her. Our only thought is because she has an apostrophe in her email adress. Has anyone encountered this and is there a work around?

I have paid for a Pro subscription, I am the owner and administrator of my account and sheets, and I have confirmed I am logged into the correct account. Despite this, Smartsheet is not recognizing my Pro subscription, and I am unable to…
