Project Timeline Comparison
My goal is to be able to compare one schedule (prediction of time to complete tasks/project) to another (actual time to completion). I need to be able to show the difference in time spent between the anticipated project timeline and the actual project timeline.
Any tips or suggestions?
Is there a way overlay one project sheet over another one for comparison. Or is there a Report I can run that will show the differance between a tasks anticipated duration and actual duration? Preferably as a Gantt.
