Do you have to be a licensed user to email a row?
If that was one of the "new" changes for the unlicensed user, I did not see it in the email.
The previous owner would need to be re-shared to everything. Depending on how you have things set up though, it could be a straight forward task. If everything is within the same workspace or workspaces, you could just share the previous owner to the workspaces instead of having to do it individually one sheet/report/dashboard at a time.
