You can make a report for each contractor and then share it to them!

    Hi AspectGroup,

reports are a great way to focus on selectiv information to share, but keep in mind - especially when sharing a report with several contractors - to not have stored information in your sheet that other contractors should/must not see (like internal ratings or individual prices of contractors). Why? In Smartsheet everyone who has access to the report must have access to the underlying data, otherwise he would not see anything. Hiding those columns is not sufficent, because if you have access to the sheet you also have access to the hidden columns: Although it is perfectly hidden in the report, a contractor could try to export the report and then has the ability to choose which columns he wants to export - this dialog offers not only the already visible but  beyond that the actual hidden columns as well...
