Auto Number stopped incrementing

Hi

 

I have an auto-number field set on a sheet used for web forms, so that our forms have a reference number. Yesterday, it stopped incrementing, and all new lines were labelled as XXX807. Today, I manually set it to start at XXX808, and sent two test submissions, both arriving as  XXX808. Has anyone experienced this?

This just started happening yesterday for me too. It's stuck on one number instead of advancing to the next. Anyone know how to fix?

Hi JD and Maggie-- I checked with our development team and they're treating this as a high-priority bug. We hope to have a fix for this released shortly and I'll let you know as soon as that's out. I really appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the disruption to your work.

Are we talking hours/days/weeks?  I currently have three different webform submision systems shut down awaiting a fix.  These systems combind get about 30-50 submissions a day.

Hi Paul-- I can't give an exact fix time, but I think we will have a batch of bug fixes going out later today. Because this is considered high priority, it is likely the fix will be included in this batch.

This issue is resolved for me this morning. Those with similar problems may want to check in on your sheets.
