I get an error message randomly when I get to the final step in adding an email to my sheet.

This doesn’t happen all the time and is not consistent.

Yes I'm experiencing same, there is no indication in the error or conversion of email to row where the problem is. Is this getting fixed by Smartsheet?

just started smartsheet training and when i try to download the excel for importing by clicking on "Click here to download", it just sends me back to login page. I am already logged on. how do i download the excel?
