You will need to contact your IT team and they should be able to help you out. This process is only done to verify that you have ownership of the corresponding domains.
HELP!!!! Good evening can someone please help me, I accidently deleted 423 rolls in Smartsheet, when I populate the activity log I can see that the cells were deleted but its not providing a screen shot or snipping of what was deleted. Is there away to recover deleted cells? 🙏

I have an external user having difficulty signing in after setting up a Google authenticator app. The Help Files suggest they contact a System Admin to reset it or Smartsheet Support, however, as a System Admin, I cannot find a way in which I could reset the external users authenticator.
