Approval Workflow need one email only

Hello.

I can set up an approval workflow however my external customer receives too many email per line item. For example, their Preventive Maintenance is next week on several equipment tags, say 3 different equipment tags but one unique ticket number, it would send 3 approval code instead one. It should combine all because it has one ticket number and one PM date.

Can you assist me on this? Thanks.

Hi Marilen,

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to get approvals grouped in any way (each row and approval has to be separate), but it's a great idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

As a Workaround, you could use update requests instead. That could lump the rows into one email depending on your other settings.

The trigger would be when date reached 1 week before, but how do I send it automatically per ticket number?
