Prevent Check Box formula from erasing when check-box is manually checked by accident.

In below scenario, check box formula disappears when the cell is checked manually by accident. Is there a way to prevent check-box-formula from being erased when the check box is manually checked?

You could lock the column so only useres with admin rights could edit it.
