JIRA + SmartSheet connector error message - HTTP Client error

Hello,

I've used the JIRA to SSheet connector several times to create SSheets without error.

Today I received the following and my workflow was disabled.  I have no idea how to troubleshoot this issue, any help appreciated!

"An HTTP client error occurred while trying to connect to the Smartsheet API.".

Do I hit the "reset" tab to restart the workflow again and hope it clears the issue?

    The Jira Connector Workflow error you're seeing can occur for a number of reasons. You can try to click the "Reset" button to reset the workflow to see if that resolves the issue. If you see the error occur again, please submit a case with Smartsheet Support and we'll be glad to take a look. 

    If you still need assistance with this I'd suggest including the following when submitting a case to Support:

    • Screenshots of the error you're seeing
    • Provide the "Download Details" file from the error message window (if you see one)
    • Provide the Workflow Execution (WEX) file for the impacted workflow(s)
