Toggle Hyperlinks

I have a need for a cell to hyperlink to different URL's based on whether or not the logged in SmartSheet user's email address (i.e., SmartSheet ID) is internal (i.e., works for our company - e.g., tim@ourcompany.com) or external (i.e., one of our customers - e.g., bill@clientcompany.com). Is there a way to do that via a function/formula?

Alternatively, could this be handled through the SmartSheet API if it can't be done via native SmartSheet formulas/functions?
