Date Format in forms

Hi
Thanks for the note. Same thing is happening to me.
I may not want the user to be logged into the form as I am using it as an intake sheet and I want them to see their own format. Has this been resolved? I am logged into the sheet and it is still showing me a US date.
Why are we forced on a form to have a US format is that is not how we work?
Thanks
Purnima

I'm in NZ, and I'm experiencing the same thing now, only on the form when I choose from a date. But on the sheet it's NZ format. Very annoying that it keeps reverting to a backwards format (it's backwards for us!) - and like Purnima, don't want people to log in as we're using forms as sign-up sheets. Any insight / updates in 2024?
