I am having an issue with being able to upload attachments to Smartsheet. (Both admin and team members)
Any suggestions as to what is wrong with the system?

Whenever we try and attach files, they either start uploading then disappear, or complete uploading then also disappear.
With regards to the support team, I am still waiting for them to get back to me after emailing them on the 26 Sept 2019. (Today - 3 Oct 2019) They also said I should visit Smartsheet community while they address my issue.

Something is going on with my account. A user on the account has been told her seat type was downgraded to Viewer
Hi! How can i get an icon on each smartsheet that allows for a pop out? Some of my sheets contain this option and some dont. The icon looks like 2 arrows.
