SCC Provision Projects Permission Level

We are SCC users and I need clarification. What permission level does the user need to have to provision a project? Additionally, to what items does that permission level apply?

Our structure -workflow.

1) complete an intake sheet via webform

2) go to SCC to provision - this creates a project folder created and row added to master summary sheet.

It depends on who you've selected to be as the owner of the provisioned project and to where you are provisioning the project (existing workspace or new workspace).

Those settings are made on the last and first page of the SCC tile configuration, respectively.

Slow loading
Helloe Everyone! I’m trying to reference another sheet in Smartsheet, but I’ve noticed that sometimes it loads quickly, while other times it takes a very long time to display the list. Does anyone know why this happens? Is there a way to reduce how often this issue occurs? Today, I can’t get anything to load at all. 😑
