Conversations (notes) now in reverse order & entry too small

I frequently create notes for line items via the Conversations feature. Until recently, these conversation notes always sorted from most recent to oldest entries. In addition, the field space provided for entering notes was larger and higher in the sheet. 

Now my conversation entries are automatically sorted from oldest to most recent. In addition, the area for entering a new note is anchored to the bottom right of my screen and is quite small. 

Do we have a way to (1) change the conversation note auto sort back to most recent to oldest; (2) enlarge the entry field for a new note; and (3) reposition the Conversation window on the screen?

1. Unfortunately not.

 

2. Clicking and dragging left to right on the area highlighted by the red line in the screenshot will allow you to adjust the size a bit.

 

3. Same as 1.

 

I suggest submitting a Product Enhancement Request.

PLEASE fix the comments....

1. The step in having to hold the "Shift" key, while pressing return is not intuitive and is not an industry standard in other web-based platforms.  

2. Show newest conversations at the top and not have users scroll to the bottom of the list to find them.

I agree! Recent comments should be at the TOP. Especially while screen sharing it's a little time consuming since I make a ton of notes.

Also keen for an update on this please. Ability to sort with latest comments at the top is really helpful.

In some cases there are hundreds of comments which is a pain to scroll to the bottom to see the latest.

Yes me too. I recently used monday.com and having the most recent comments at the top, instead of scrolling all the way down to the bottom, was brilliant. Please please please enable a button to choose which order users would like to view the comments.
