My org used to use the “Send” or “Send Update Request” option from the fly-out menu on each row quite frequently. That feature is now only available to licensed users, I believe, as Smartsheet moves people to use conversations in the comments instead. See:

The problem is that @-ing people in the comments doesn't work with groups, and this stymies a chunk of how we use sheets and reports.
Am I missing something? Is there a workaround?
