Printing
Several of my users report that they cannot print all of the columns in a Gantt chart. They only get the 'Tasks' column and the Gantt chart. I changed all of the reports to show all the columns, and it works for me, but my users still have the same issue. I changed rights from Viewer to Editor but still got the same results. Any words of wisdom that can be offered would be most welcome.

Are they accessing a published version? Are any of the columns hidden?
Come see me in Seattle at ENGAGE 2024! I will be at the 10xViz partner booth throughout as well as the "Lets Talk About Community" Meet & Eat table on Tuesday from 11:45am - 12:45pm!

Hi,
I'd be happy to take a look.
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

It is not a published version. The columns that are not printing are visible, not hidden.

There seems to be a known issue at the moment.

Hello,
I just wanted to chime in to let everyone know that our Development team is working to fix a bug that returns an error message when a free user attempts to select the Primary column or the Edit button when in the Print Setup window.
In regard to the conversation you had with the Sales team —it looks like they were able to work with you on a temporary solution.

Here's what the user sees in the Smartsheet schedule (Capture1)
Capture 2 is what the user sees when they click on the printer icon. Note that only the Task Name column is listed. The user is unable to add any more columns to the list. So only the Task Name and Gantt items print. I have the schedule set up so all columns are displayed, and it works for me, but this does not seem to pass through to the users.

Thanks! I will be looking for the fix.
