HR Templates from Website not recognising existing user

Hi team,

This is a little odd, maybe I am missign seomthing very simple?

 

I am logged in to SS

I am here: https://www.smartsheet.com/top-excel-templates-human-resources

I click on 'Create you XXXXX in Smartsheet'

It asks me to sign up as a trial member, even though I am logged in.

 

The template II'd like to view I cannot find in the Templates section of 'Create New' --> Browse Templates... 

 

Any help? Or am I going batty... that is possible.

First of all, you might be batty... but I don't know you well so it's hard to say. 

 

But it did the same thing to me. Looks like the template is not recognizing we are already logged in.  email support or sales
