i have a web form.. that i have some fields associated with check boxes.

when i preview the form.. all is well looks fine and it appears to be working as designed.

 

however when i copy the url.. and put it in an email and distribute and the link is clicked the webform is not displaying the boxes.... so there is nothing to "check"

 

what could be causing this??

Could you show us a couple full screenshots showing the web form when your preview it and what it looks like when you view it through the URL?

 

When you preview the webform, you are actually opening a new window that goes to the web form's URL (which is the same URL that you are copying) so it should be identical no matter how you get to the webform. Are you previewing and testing the URL in the same web browser?
