Documents not uploading or downloading

Hi All

Is anyone else having an issue with uploading or downloading documents to/from their sheets?  It is nearly crippling me here as i'm losing important documents as it appears to have uploaded and then it just disappears or won't upload at all.  when i click to download, i have to try 2-3 times before the document downloads and the preview will only show the document about 20% of the time.  This has been going on for weeks now and only seems to be getting worse.  happens both with directly attaching to a row as well as attaching documents to comments

I keep being told that it was being monitored but no fix yet.  has anyone heard anything yet?

Which browser are you using? Have you tried another and maybe also another computer?

I remember someone else posting about this very same thing recently. I hope support is able to get it fixed soon.
