Hello all!

I am trying to use COUNTIF to count all the cells in the column that say a certain product name. Is this possible if I am trying to count something other than numbers? In the screenshot I attached, I want to count all the "B2Q-B1ETT2 - B2Q Tester" in the "Items Shipped" column.

    Hi Joselyn,

    Yes, it is.

    Try something like this.

    =COUNTIF([Items Shipped]:[Items Shipped]; "B2Q-B1ETT2 - B2Q Tester")

The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience.

    =COUNTIF([Items Shipped]:[Items Shipped], "B2Q-B1ETT2 - B2Q Tester")

Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.

    Did it work?

    Hope that helps!

    Have a fantastic week!

    Best,
